Reserving a puppy:

Before a litter is born, we only accept a few reservations on both males and females.  After those spots are filled, we will begin a waiting list.  Once the puppies arrive, if there are more puppies available than we have reserved, we will contact the people on the waiting list.  If anyone on the waiting list wants a puppy and one is available or becomes available for them, a deposit to reserve your puppy is required within 3 to 4 days or we will move on to the next person on the list.

***Our litters expected due date timelines are based on our girls previous heat cycles.  However due to mother nature some heat cycles can very up to 2 or 3 months.

Deposit information:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 will hold your puppy.  The deposit will be applied towards the full purchase price of your puppy.

We will only hold your spot for 3 to 4 days, allowing enough time for the deposit to reach us.

Deposits can be in the form of PAYPAL, money order, cashier check, postal money order, or cash if you prefer to deliver the deposit in person.

Deposits are not refundable but can be transferred to another litter within one year from when you placed the deposit.

The full payment of your puppy (including any delivery fees) will be due at the time your puppy reaches 8 weeks of age if you plan to pay in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check or if your puppy is to be delivered.  If you are picking your puppy up and would like to pay your balance at that time you may do so but we only accept cash at the time of pick up.

***Standard or miniature F1/ F1b puppies are 2500/500.

***Standard F1 Parti English Cream Teddy Bear puppies are 2500/500.

All puppies are sold as family pets.  We require you to sign a contract and spay/neuter your puppy by 1 year of age.

 Choosing your puppy:

Individual puppies are “chosen” between at 5 weeks of age when personalities and physical traits become more apparent.  Choosing your puppy is done by order of reservation;  for example 1^st deposit on males gets 1^st choice male and so on… Between 5 and 6 weeks is when families get to come visit the puppies and take their pick at this time. If you are unable to make a trip or if your puppy is being delivered, I will then send you a few different pictures and tell you a little about each of the puppies personalities for you to choose from.
